Both the institute are very good in terms of academics but if we analyze deeper then NIT AP is better from IIIT Pune because:

• The Curriculum in NIT AP is better than IIIT
• The placements in NIT AP is also better compared to that of IIIT Pune

Not sure above the amount of concession, however in every NIT, IIT and IIIT, there is a concession on hostel and admission fee but some colleges take full mess fee from all the students where as there are colleges which provide concession in mess fee too for SC, ST, OBC
