As per the information available on official website there is no concession in fee for EWS students in IIITs. But since your income is below 1 lakhs,you can apply for scholarships available under state/central government. In 2019 round 1 the cut off for admission in to International Institute of Information Technology, Pune in Information Technology was as follows for SC category candidate

• SC-Home University: 19156
• SC-Other than Home University: 12206

The above mentioned cut off is MHT CET rank. Considering the cut off it is difficult to get seat in this Institute. However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease depending on the number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.

Admission into IIIT Pune, IIIT Nagpur and VNIT Nagpur does not accept MHT CET score. The admission into these Institutes is based on marks scored in JEE Main entrance examination. So if you want to get admission in these Institutes then you need to appear for JEE main and qualify in it.
