According to 150 Marks in JEE Mains 2021 your Percentile would be in the range: 97.56 - 98.62

Now if we consider 98.62 percentile then your CRL Rank would be in the range- 14117 - 15870

And if we consider 97.56 percentile then your CRL Rank would be in the range- 24961 - 28060

According to your JEE Mains Paper-1 Percentile your expected Overall Rank will be around 59334 - 66700. You can't get IIIT Kottayam or IIIT Pune based on previous year's cut-offs of this Institutes for B.Tech Computer Science Engineering and B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering. You can try for some NITs in which you can get seat. The cut-offs vary from year to year.

As per the information available on official website there is no concession in fee for EWS students in IIITs. But since your income is below 1 lakhs,you can apply for scholarships available under state/central government. Indian Institute of Information Technology, Pune, is one of the Indian Institutes of Information Technology, a group of institutes of Higher education in India focused on Information Technology. In 2019 round 1 the cut off for admission in to International Institute of Information Technology, Pune in Information Technology was as follows for SC category candidate

• SC-Home University: 19156
• SC-Other than Home University: 12206

The above mentioned cut off is MHT CET rank. Considering the cut off it is difficult to get seat in this Institute. However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease depending on the number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.

Admission into IIIT Pune, IIIT Nagpur and VNIT Nagpur does not accept MHT CET score. The admission into these Institutes is based on marks scored in JEE Main entrance examination. So if you want to get admission in these Institutes then you need to appear for JEE main and qualify in it.

IIIT Pune takes admission only through JEE Mains Score. So you cannot take admission through MHT CET irrespective of your percentile achieved in it.

The Indian Institute of Information Technology Pune and Indian Institute of Information Technology Pune are some of the good IIITs in the country and have different reservation criteria for different categories such as OBC, SC, ST, EWS as well as Girl Supremacy.

The Admission into the IIITs is based on the JEE Mains exam result, and the average cutoff over the years for IIITs is about 75-85 percentile for the OBC NCL Category.
