As per my information IIIT Pune offers B.Tech and M.Tech both . So as you have not mentioned any so I am providing details as best of my knowledge for B.Tech.

IIIT Dharwad will teach you more because it has more courses compared to IIIT Pune and both are rated equally good for faculty,placements and campus ,IIIT Dhawrad CSE fees if 6.30 lakh for 4 years whereas IIIT Pune ECE has 5.50 lakh for 4 years, IIIT Dharwad infrastructure

It is not possible to say  anything about the placements for IIIT Raichur as it is a newly founded institution it's first batch got admission in 2019 and has still not passed yet but for IIIT Pune the Average salary lies around Rs 5 lakh per annum and

For CS I would recommend you IIIT Kota to proceed with over IIIT Pune as the fees in IIIT Pune is high too and also there were not many placements in the past years but IIIT Kota is an college whose passed out students have witnessed very good
