Archana Bharti , From some research on internet I found that NIT Patna for ECE is good because both colleges fees is approx. same and placement is also good here with 6 lakh per annum of average package and infrastructure is also good here so go for NIT Patna

As per my information IIIT Pune offers B.Tech and M.Tech both . So as you have not mentioned any so I am providing details as best of my knowledge for B.Tech.
