Eligibility Criteria
Education
Candidates must be a graduate in any discipline or a diploma holder.
Work experience
Candidates must have a minimum of five years of work experience to get into the programme.
Certification Qualifying Details
Candidates will be given the certification only after completing the Strategic Human Resource Management syllabus. They will have to maintain a minimum of 75 percent of attendance to get the same.
