IIT Kanpur provides 4 year undergraduate degree courses in B.Tech (CS, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Civil, Material Sciences, Biological Sciences and Bioengineering, chemical) and BS (Chemistry, Earth Sciences, Economics, Mathematics and Scienctific Computing, Physics). There is no other UG program they provide.

see as per last year cutoff for iit kanpur and iit roorkee you have less chances, however cutoff score changes every year and depends on various factors like number of participants, question difficulty level etc,
