I would say IIT Roorkee civil department. When the school was opened in 1847, it had been solely for the aim of engineering , hence, the oldest engineering department in India. It has few of India’s best engineering faculties also as labs and instruments.

NSUT Computer Engineering is the best option you have if you compare to IIT Delhi Mechanical and IIT Kanpur Electrical.. in terms of placement .. mechanical and electrical branches are know fading in jobs...
