Hello! Hope you are doing good
Gate scores are dependent on the highest and lowest marks and thus are subject to variation every year. Its very unpredictable az to whether or not one will get a college. According to the previous years trends, you can apply for IIT Roorkee, IIT- BHU and many other good IITs. IIT - Madras may still be a bit too doubtful.

Hi dear,
I am considering you as a general candidate. You have to secure a rank under 3300 for dual degree in aerospace engineering in IIT Madras. It is quite difficult to predict exact marks for this rank because every year full marks of IIT vary. For safe zone you should score more than 60 percent of full marks. You can check details here
Hope it helps.
Hello aspirant,
For getting admission in IIT Madras you need to qualify JEE Advance. You First need to Qualify JEE Mains & then appear/qualify JEE Advance for getting into IIT Madras.
It is not possible to get into IITs by clearing JEE Mains Only.
IITs take admission only through JEE Advance Rank
However , you can get into NITs , IIITs & other GFTIs through JEE Main.
Hope this was helpful.

GATE is the entrance exam for admission to Masters programmes for Engineering and Science Graduates. JEE Advanced is the entrance exam for admission to IITs, NITs,etc. for B.Tech programmes. GATE is for PG courses and JEE Advanced is for B.Tech courses. Both of them are different. If you want to study B.E/B.Tech in IIT Madras, you should write JEE Advanced and if you want to study Master's programme, you should write GATE exam.
