How much marks I need in jam to take admission in IIT Madras for mathematics?

Hello Mohit,
You rank must be below 150 AIR in general Category or for OBC it should be below 200 AIR in IIT JaM. It can be achieved only if you succeed to score 60+ marks. However, you can also get IITs will 50-55 marks. But not any top IITs like Delhi, Kanpur, KGP.
