Hii,Both the streams are not suitable for future prospective if you do pharmacy you will cry after completing degree until or unless you have good contact in industry, no government jobs are available, difficult to prepare civil services, not applicable for any other government jobs so in India never try for such courses it's better to do degree in arts then in pharmacy.

Yes you can, it's a big college I mean very big name and fame,  it's of the same level as iits are and I think with your percentile you can get admiss there,  fill the Josaa counselling and wait for around 4-5 rounds and then you ll get a seat there.

Hello aspirant,

Yes it is  possible to get a seat in ICT in chemical engineering. Cause you create the cut of marks of that college in chemical branch.

Best of luck

Hello,

Until the previous year the counselling for MHT CET examination was conducted on the basis of merit list prepared ( or on the basis of JEE rank) by the DTE Maharashtra. Within this list of colleges, Institute of Chemical Technology too belong. Please visit the official website of ICT Mumbai to confirm as it is being shown in seat matrix for counselling process this year. https://www.careers360.com/university/institute-of-chemical-technology-mumbai For more information, follow this link.

Hello Ayush Raj,

As you have secured merit list rank of 83 in the DAIICT institute you have chances of getting seat in the seat in the DAIICT

As this institute selects only the merit candidates through the exam & JEE main examination you have chances of getting

All the best

See it doesn't matter how well you perform in the semester . Wether there is a vacant seat or not. ICT Mumbai doesn't allow branch chnage officially. Now by officially what i meant is that in ICT Mumbai you can attend any course lecture after first year, with the allowance of the faculty you can also give exam of other branch. So you can't change to chemical. So it would be better if you take branch of your choice.

All the best.

Hello Kishor Shah.

Well your chances of getting the desired college with such a percentile is fifty fifty.. For furthur clarification you can check our jee main college predictor to see if you will get the desired college or not. The link for same is given below.

Hi,

There would be many colleges which would have cutoffs in this range. So you need to decide which location, college and branch you are aiming for. So after picking some top colleges following this, you can go for cutoffs.

I would suggest you go through the last year cutoffs of the first round of CAP Process on the following link.

https://images.careers360.mobi/sites/default/files/MHT-CET-2018-Cap-Round1-Cutoff.pdf

https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/mht-cet-cutoff (For all rounds)

For Chemical Engineering as ICT is one of the best colleges, you can find its cutoff as well in the above links.

Make sure you look for proper cutoffs according to Quota (General-G, State-S, TFWS, etc), category (Open, OBC, SC, ST, etc) & also according to the university.

It would be easy if you go according to the marks obtained to look for cutoffs.

Best of Luck!

College Infrastructure

ICT Mumbai campus in Matunga small but packed with good stuff for PhD Pharmaceutical Chemistry. Labs super advanced, got HPLC, NMR for drug research, all clean and updated. Classrooms AC, smart boards, WiFi everywhere but slow in afternoons. Library huge, tons of journals, quiet spots. Hostels okay, rooms shared, mess food decent but spicy. Sports ground for cricket, gym basic. Parking tough in city.

Experience is totally satisfied.
