There would be many colleges which would have cutoffs in this range. So you need to decide which location, college and branch you are aiming for. So after picking some top colleges following this, you can go for cutoffs.

YES, you can get a branch in ICT, Mumbai based on your AIR i.e. 5,719.

But, you will only be able to get the Fibres and Textile Processing Technology branch.

Hello aspirant, as you are from other state, I think your counselling will be done on the basis of your jee mains rank. And looking at previous years cut-off for ICT Mumbai, it will be disappointing to say that, you may not get seat in that college in chemical engineering
