According to the official admission notice by the ICT, Mumbai here are the details for various quotas -
(a) 30% seats on All India basis: AIEEE score (www.ictmumbai.edu.in; www.udct.org)
(b) 70% seats for Maharashtra: MHT-CET score & 15% seats NRI Quota (common admissions: see www.coep.org.in)
Also for the master's programme only GATE qualified students are provided fellowships.

You may get an option from the past year closing rank trend. The round 3 closing rank in Chemical Branch was 453 and in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology was 2704. Caution check that the closing rank modifies on a number of candidates, paper level, seat matrix.

First of all there is no specific cut-off marks for getting admission in sastra university. Your 12th marks and jee marks will decide your seat in sastra university. The merit is made based on 25% weightage of JEEmarks And 75% of your class 12th marks. So as you have calculated then your marks are good and their are some chances that you get stream 1 in good branches.
