There is no specific mentioned cutoff for obc category but for general candidate students DAIICT All India cut off rank in 2017 is around 15835 to 15883. You need to score more than 175 marks in your exam in order to get this college. 

Hello Shashwat. If you are research oriented, then there is no better place than IISC. Yes, B.pharma from ICT is great, if you are looking for a job post your course completion. But, for doing research in drugs and medicines, I would suggest you to go for BS from IISC, since the research facilities and faculties are way better than any place in India.
