How to apply for ICT MUMBAI'S counselling , can we apply through JOSSA or only through mhtcet's counselling . I have appeared in both.

Hi Yash,
ICT Mumbai takes in students only through MH-CET's counselling and not through JOSAA, although you can be considered an admission into the college through JEE Mains marks in MH-CET's counselling itself. You have a good chance of getting some branch through your MH-CET percentile.
