Dear Sujitha,

For Chemical engineering ICT is more preferable then IIT. As it is renowned institute for chemical engineering with unique labs.

Hope it helps!!

Yes. ICT have All India Seat quota which they fill using JEE Main score. The instructions for the same will be posted on the website of ICT or DTE Maharshtra (JoSAA doesn't play any role in this) just after 1st CAP round gets over. So, be alert and keep checking the notifications regularly. You wil have to fill in a different application to participate in this round. Ranks are given based on JEE Main marks. You will be called on campus to give your branch preference.

Dear Riddhi,

You need to score more than 150 marks in JEE Main to get this college.
You can check the cut off throughJEE MAIN  from the given below link-

Hey! Hi.
See, ICT takes Candidates on the basis of MHTCET and JEE MAIN. JEE ADVANCED is not at all applicable to ICT. Through JEE ADVANCED, you may get Admission to IIT's, ISM, IISc, IIST and Many more.
Hope it Helps you.
Thanks.

I hope it helps!

It will be around 250 and above marks it will vary for categories I mentioned for general category.

As, from 2018 all the government state level colleges are taking admission through JEE Main or any aptitude test it is difficult to predict the cut off marks for the colleges.
As this year ICT is taking admission through MHT CET. So, it is difficult to predict the cut off marks through JEE Main in 2018.

LAST YEAR IT WAS LIKE THIS :

Chemical engineering : 160+

B .tech courses : 110+ ( some got at 105 ,considering the lower jee results this year )

And which course u get in unpredictable .in the same field it varies from 130 to 110 .

On a general level , consider (what u should aim )

Chemical engineering : 180+

B.tech courses : 120+
