Congratulations for scoring good marks in examination but for applying in josaa counseling you need to have 75% marks in board exam to be very honest it difficult to get NIT

Congratulations for performing well in Jee main examination in 2019 according to your score you can get some average NIT and you can IIIT Raipur for cse and ece branch according to previous cutoff so fo not get worried about you will some IIIT

The closing rank for general category at IIIT is usually around 30,000, with slight variations observed in different years. This year's cut-offs are also expected to be similar. So given your rank, I'm sorry to disappoint you but you do not have any chance of getting admission in

As you said your SC rank is 7800 which may not be possible for NITs but you can apply for IIITs.

You have a chance there and every college keeps reservation as per Category also.

It would be better look into your nearby IIIT college there you can get

The rank you got is much higher than the closing rank of all colleges through JoSAA counselliing. Even with state quota, you can't get any college. Please try for a seat in WBJEE Counselling with your JEE mains rank since it has a seat reservation of 15% for JEE

With the rank of 3225 in jee mains you can easily get the NIT and also tell him to try for Top NIT and where as iiit for sure you can except so first of give more preference to nit rather than iiit
And also it may varies

College Infrastructure

As a third year B-tech student i have spent two years on campus and want to share my honest experience. Our college boasts a spacious and well maintained campus spread across around 30 acres. The main academic block are clean and fully functional with essential labs and new tech ,modern classrooms equipped with projectors and comfort seating there are also designated seminar halls and conference rooms on the ground floor of academic block. The academic block is mainly divided into 3 blocks, Block A, B and C including a very large and useful library in B block. Hostels are very close to academic block most of the hostel blocks consist of 9 floors each floor consists of 7 rooms with 6 three student rooms and 1 four student room. there is also single room hostels from second year but limited entries depending on CGPA of students. Hostel Mess is inside the hostel in ground and 1st floors. There is also a college canteen, Nescafe outlet (functioning up to 2 am ) and a stationary store inside campus. Whole campus including hostels is equipped with high speed WIFI up to a speed of 350mbps. The campus and hostels are maintained clean and tidy .Food is not the best and non native students find it difficult to maintain but there are other options plenty because mess fee is weekly and optional.

Overall college life here is not too much but good.

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is overall good as it's just 23 acres but it is well maintained. All the required classes and labs are present in the academic block area. We have a large sports ground for football and cricket also.

College infrastructure is quite good there is lot of greenery in our college. Building are a bit old. Rooms are okayish i would say(enough for a person) college is small, it extends upto 30 acres. Overall it is not much bad
