No, you cannot apply for IIIT Idupulapaya after passing EAMCET. As you would be required to submit your Class 10th marks as they will be considered and not your class 12th marks. So you can't apply for it in 12th.

In India there are two types of IIITs, Indian Institute of Information Technology & International Institute of Information Technology while the first category of institutes provide admission through JOSAA centralized counselling the second category allow through their own process on the basis of JEE main marks.
