In 40000 - 60000 it will be difficult to get admission in NIT OR IIIT.
but if you go till special tound than their may be chances but you will get low rank colleges and branch is also non - core and not according to your place.
So I would suggest to score better in next attempt ( april) you have still 3-4 mm on the with you.
