Let me make you aware, generally NITs closes before 35k, IIITs before 40k and GFTIs around 55k for general category.  Your rank is too far away from it. So it seems you have very low chances for getting any seat in these colleges through JOSAA counselling.

As per your rank is concerned in all list, you have no chances for getting any seat in any of colleges like NITs , IIITs and GFTIs. Even in your home state quota you have very low chances. You may look for some private colleges.

Even the CSAB requires 75% in boards or be in top 20 percentile of your respective board. So it seems you need to improve your boards percentage, else you won't  be able to take admission in primier institutes.

But you can go for private colleges.

For the marks you mentioned will be having general rank around 7616-8616. For this rank you can get cse in NITs like durgapur, jamshedpur, patna, nagpur etc..
