MEri rank 83433 general category and nit gfti iiit low ranks pr close ho jaate toh josaa counselling m participate krna chahiye??

Greetings to you,

As per your rank in JEE Mains 2019 and in consideration of your category, it is unlikely for you to get a seat into any of NITs, IIITs or GFTIs of the nation. I would like to suggest you to try for private institutions that accept JEE Mains score/rank or those who conduct their own separate admission tests. Feel free to comment for any other queries. Let me make you aware, generally NITs closes before 35k, IIITs before 40k and GFTIs around 55k for general category. Your rank is too far away from it. So it seems you have very low chances for getting any seat in these colleges through JOSAA counselling.
