Well IIIT Hyderabad gets its own cutoff for the admission through JEE Main marks.

There are 4 rounds of counseling involved in its admission. To be on the safer side, one must secure anything above 250 marks so that he/she might get into the university.

Yes,you can secure seat IN IIIT HYDERABAD,if your rank is under 10k.If your score is sufficient enough then you shouldn't worry,you will definitely get seat in it.Keep updated yourself through JOSAA site so that you could know your counselling status

If you are getting both the colleges then I will advise you to go for iiit Jabalpur. IIIT Jabalpur has been ranked higher, it has lower fees than iiit city, mechanical is an evergreen branch and so you should go for iiit Jabalpur. But again I'll say that if your are interested in mechanical then only you should join Jabalpur or else go for Sri city ece.
