Congratulations on getting such a good rank! Yes I absolutely think that you can get a lower ranking NIT, GFTI or a middle ranking IIIT with 8000 ST category rank. After round 1, there is always some improvement in round 2. I hope this information was helpful!

Any NIT is out of question with that CRL rank Praneeth but you may find chances in new IIITS. IIIT bhagalpur, sonepat, Sricity, surat are places you can try in. It won't be easy to get there but your OBC NCL rank may help you there. So try for these

If you allocated a seat in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs, then you can report at any reporting centres of NIT+ reporting centres. University of Hyderabad is also the reporting center of the NIT+ reporting centres. So you can report at the University of Hyderabad reporting center.hopw this answer

It would be tough for you to get into IIIT. Because your mains rank is average and in obc also its not up to the mark to get an IIIT seat.
But for GFTI( Government Funded Technical Institute) you can grab a seat in only some of GFTI's. There

College Infrastructure
The college infrastructure is very good. There is are many natural nd artificial artifacts present inside the campus. The buildings are very much well maintained and the grounds are also very well maintained.

College Infrastructure
As a third year B-tech student i have spent two years on campus and want to share my honest experience. Our college boasts a spacious and well maintained campus spread across around 30 acres. The main academic block are clean and fully functional with essential labs and new tech ,modern classrooms equipped with projectors and comfort seating there are also designated seminar halls and conference rooms on the ground floor of academic block. The academic block is mainly divided into 3 blocks, Block A, B and C including a very large and useful library in B block. Hostels are very close to academic block most of the hostel blocks consist of 9 floors each floor consists of 7 rooms with 6 three student rooms and 1 four student room. there is also single room hostels from second year but limited entries depending on CGPA of students. Hostel Mess is inside the hostel in ground and 1st floors. There is also a college canteen, Nescafe outlet (functioning up to 2 am ) and a stationary store inside campus. Whole campus including hostels is equipped with high speed WIFI up to a speed of 350mbps. The campus and hostels are maintained clean and tidy .Food is not the best and non native students find it difficult to maintain but there are other options plenty because mess fee is weekly and optional.
Overall college life here is not too much but good.

College Infrastructure
College infrastructure is overall good as it's just 23 acres but it is well maintained. All the required classes and labs are present in the academic block area. We have a large sports ground for football and cricket also.
