Well to get admission in IIITs or NITs one first needs to clear JEE Mains cutoff for their respective category. Below I have listed 2019 JEE Mains cutoff category wise -

• CRL : 89.75
• GEN-EWS : 78.21
• OBC-NCL : 74.31
• SC : 54.01 
• ST : 44.33
• PwD

Dear candidate, with 82 percentile in JEE mains, you can only get Assam University, Silchar. For getting IIITs and other GFTIs, you must your percentile within the range 87-90 at least. In Assam University too, you won't get any of the core branches like CSE, ECE; but you may get

First of all  congrats for securing 1.1 lakhrank in jee 2019.Unfortunately if you are general category student then you may not get seat in any of IIITs or gfts but you may wait till last round as ma you get some lower gftis hope it will help

As per the previous year closing rank trends JoSSA counseling a candidate with rank of your's can not get any of the IIITs . However, you may get any GFTIs if you have reserved category quota.

I am really sorry but you stand very less chance. However you can apply for colleges like BIT mesra, NIT pondicherry, NIT andhra pradesh, NIT agartala and much more. Fill the preferences as you want it to be because the counseling process can be really unpredictable at times.
