It is a nice and decent place to live in laps of mother nature but sometimes due to too many steps your legs can hurt a bit , but overall the campus is nicely built and maintained with all the basic requirements like it is fully wifi enabled campus and have modern ways of teaching which includes smart boards which generates interest for both teachers as well as students .

I am currently perusing my engineering in computer science from the university. The quality of teaching is very good and it is the best private university in Himachal Pradesh. The curriculum taught to us is redesigned over the years in order to remain relevant in the modern and ever changing competitive world

The university provides a decent platform for placement. The university has its own placement cell which offers any help they can provide. Some of the biggies that come for campus placement include but are not limited to Adobe, Amazon etc. Generally the highest package is grabed by cse students which can go upto 25 lakh per annum .

The course gives you a good ROI and it is an investment worth making . The annual fee costs around 3.20 lakh rupees , which makes around 13 lakh rupees for 4 year btech course.

The campus is filled with lush green trees all around and has a picturesque view which makes it stand out of the crowd in the matter of beauty. But it is bit isolated campus so you need to go atleast 3 km to reach the nearest town .

College infrastructure is really nice, you get all the laboratories with high speed internet and the library is really good with all kinds of books here which interests you. The campus is wifi enabled and the mess food compared to other colleges is really good. We have 5 gyms, one in first year hostel, 2 in senior hostel, 1 in girls hostel and 1 for faculty.

I am currently pursuing, Btech in CSE and the quality of teaching is good. But to be honest it really depends on you, your friends and the seniors you interact with. The seniors in JUIT are really "really" helpful. You may not get these types of seniors anywhere mostly because the community here is strong. The curriculum is updated because it is a University. The updated curriculum really does prepare you for jobs and high paying jobs to be precise

The placement of previous years have been 100% and the package ranging from 3 lacs to 28lacs.. the placement cell here is really improving but the best part in here is the students of JUIT get to also go to JIIT for placements. So it is a win win situation.

It might not be the best but it is on now way the worst. The college, seniors, faculty, and the coordinators are really supportive and will help you in all situations.

The campus has clubs like ACM, TIEDC, Stage Players, Rotaract. So there is plenty to do all the time. Dance, Fest, Hackathons, innovation ideas to follow for your own startups. Talking about location, I can guarantee you that you can not get a view better than this. There is a 24x7 ambulance available in college, a dispensary is there and a hospital is there about 5 kms away.
