As you have been allotted CSE in KIIT it doesn't mean you will also be allotted CSE in VIT. Generally, VIT Vellore campus has high cutoff than KIIT. Also there are different cutoffs for both the colleges. Cutoff varies from college to college depending on various factors such as

There are eight colleges in total accepting the score of KIITEE. One of them is VIT, Vellore, and the rest of the colleges are all under KIIT University, Bhubaneshwar. There is no college in Karnataka accepting the score of KIITEEE. Karnataka colleges mostly accept the score of KCET.
