LPU Jalandhar Reviews on Infrastructure, Campus, Placement, Facilities & Faculty

The campus is very greeny and it is like a home.It is a huge campus with new people's to interact with and students are coming from different states, countries. University provide wifi to students and each class has smart boards.

Study's are great but need to improve in terms of explanation about topics more depth and quality of teaching is great. The curriculum is updated to us before start of semester so that we can get overview about units that what we learn.

Placements are great in lpu mostly for cse students but for other branches that is need to improve more but university is trying to give more opportunities to students to reach there goals and highest salary offered is 61 lakh for cse student but for agriculture student it is less.

The cost of Bsc Agriculture hons course is too high i.e Rs 120000 but the university gives scholarship to students so that's is great in lpu. The money we are paying for course is worth if students got scholarship but yeah it is worth it.

College campus is great and greeness and it is like a second home for students and students are coming from different states and countries so we can interact with them to gain experience and learn new things. Teacher are supportive and help students to gain more knowledge. Campus is safe.

The university is great but need to improve in terms of placement for agriculture branch and experience in University till date is good

Yes, my college have all the essential infrastructure, facilities and equipment. In our classrooms there is a smart board, a.c, projector, and libraries, sports centre are also okay. They all are used well maintained. And yes living spaces and the food area is neat and clean.

I am studying MBA because it improve my personality in terms of leadership, personality, communication skills. Teaching quality is best.every teacher try their best to teach the student. Yes, curriculum is updated And all the recent developments in the field are updated. Leadership and communication skills make me job ready.

Placement quality is mixed, like some are succeed but others faced failure or rejection. Around 75% students secured placement. The top salary is around 10 lakhs to computer science graduate. Average salary offered is 5.5 lakhs.yes placement process is easy and pleasant for me. Also college is very supportive.

My college has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities, and types of equipment. My college has a huge infrastructure which contains a mall, shops, outdoor and indoor auditoriums. All the classes have ACs. The is too big and it has all the books library. Hostels are too good, well-maintained, and hygienic. The campus has a good WIFI connectivity. Spaces are clean and food is hygienic.

I pursued MCA from LPU and it was my good decision to pursue my masters here. Updated syllabus, knowledgeable professors, and well-oriented labs. The teachers were helpful and kind. I took admission to the college during the pandemic so my 1-year classes were held online and the online facility was also very good. I rate 10/10 my college in every field.

This is the best part of the LPU. We got 1 month of summer placement classes in which we got trained for soft skills and for technical skills. They gave coding practice platform and we also got interview preparation training.

The best thing about LPU is the scholarship. LPUNEST is the exam that we have to give if we need a scholarship. I feel the course fee is worth it. I also gave the LPUNEST through which I get pretty much amount of reduction in my fee which was helpful for me.

College life at LPU is awesome. You make too many friends from different places in India as well as from out of India. There are too many cafes where you can go to enjoy and enjoy with your friends. I also made too many friends and I enjoyed my college life very well. The time I have spent in LPU are memorable days of my life.

I rate LPU 10/10 in terms of everything. Education is great, opportunities are great, peoples are great, and maintenance and security are also very good. highly recommend LPU for master's and bachelors or which ever course they provide. This college is worth the money.

Lpu's campus is pretty big, infrastructure is good and the campus do have a lot of facilities inside the campus only. Transportation inside campus can be improved as it takes half and hour just to reach the last block of University from thr main gate.

It can be my personal opinion based on my experience. I didn't really like the education quality and structure of course. I believe it's almost same with all the other universities similar to lpu. They can improve their education quality by a lot

I have mixed opinion on placements. They do provide placements opportunities but majorly focus on B.tech courses special B.tech CSE. Other computer science courses like BCA, MCA do not get equal amount of opportunities. They do provide opportunities but sometimes a lot of sales companies would be coming with multiple years of bound and they control everything in regards to placement and will debare you or restrict you if you will try to raise your voice to much.

When I joined in 2018 for my bachelor, Lpu used to be lot cheaper but at present in 2023 they have increased the prices for everything but still it's fine if get scholarship.

Campus life overall is very chill. Lot of fests, function, events and you can enroll in different clubs, organising and all.

Lovely Professional University prides itself on its comprehensive infrastructure, state-of-the-art facilities, and well-maintained equipment, providing students with an optimal learning and living environment.

I am pursuing a Master's in Computer Applications (MCA) at Lovely Professional University. I chose this field because of my interest in technology, problem-solving, and software development. All is good

Lovely Professional University has consistently demonstrated a high-quality placement track record, reflecting its dedication to providing students with exceptional career opportunities. Placement are more better if they make their management good

students feel they are getting their money's worth from their education is subjective and can depend on several factors. These factors include the quality of education, faculty expertise, facilities and resources offered, industry exposure, job placement opportunities, and the overall learning experience.

Students at Lovely Professional University can engage in a plethora of activities. They can join clubs, participate in cultural events, sports competitions, hackathons, and technical fests. The campus buzzes with energy, fostering holistic development beyond academics.

No

The college's exceptional IT infrastructure provides an ideal environment for exploration and growth. It stands as a miniature city in itself, offering a comprehensive array of facilities that cater to every student's needs. The well-designed layout seamlessly integrates various amenities, making it a self-sustaining ecosystem.

As a recent MCA graduate, my academic journey reflects an average performance primarily due to the demanding 9-to-5 schedule and the weighty responsibilities of tackling subjects like Computer Architecture, Embedded Technologies, and Mathematical Techniques concurrently. This left limited scope for extensive self-study, impacting my overall grades. However, the program stood out for its practical approach, offering valuable hands-on experiences in certain subjects, which proved to be a positive

The quality of placements at my college can be deemed as average. While there is a presence of placements in various sectors, a significant portion tends to lean towards sales roles. Notably, efforts have been made to diversify the offerings by inviting technology startups and hosting one-day placement events. The highest salary package reached an impressive 18 lakhs per annum, highlighting a lucrative prospect for the top performers, whereas the average package ranged around 4 to 5 lakhs

My college truly provides excellent value for money through its scholarship schemes. These schemes offer transparent and genuine fee structures, a significant advantage for students. In the case of MCA General, the semestral fees are reasonably set at 80,000 INR, ensuring affordability while maintaining quality education. Personally, I benefited from the LPU NEST exam scholarship, a commendable effort that rewarded my hard work and academic performance.

The college campus is a vibrant hub, thriving with a multitude of activities that enrich student life. From dynamic tech fests to the celebration of cultural diversity through events like One India, the campus offers a spectrum of engagements. The best feature is the palpable energy and sense of community fostered by these events. Students are exposed to a global cohort, creating an enriching cross-cultural experience. Faculty members and support staff are not only knowledgeable but also immense

Absolutely, taking admission at LPU opens up a world of opportunities beyond academics. The campus actively encourages students to participate in a diverse range of events and activities, contributing to a well-rounded education. Engaging in sports activities not only promotes physical fitness but also fosters teamwork and discipline. Moreover, LPU offers a wide spectrum of courses beyond traditional streams, including music, animation, media, and MBA programs, all of which are highly regarded.

college has all the necessary things, it has more then 5 food courts and a big mall for buying things it also has many different departments and all kinds of game facilities whether indoor or outdoor.

quality of teaching is good but thy have to focus on more practical knowledge for business students. their are very less competitions specific for business department due to which we are not able to develop our skills.

placement in the university is good but the average package is not so good. mostly everyone will get the placement but they have to satisfy themselves with the less package college should focus on higher package.

if you get scholarship then the fee is good you can get 60% scholarship max. nearly everyone get some kind of scholarship, but if scholarship is not applied then yes fee is quite high. for average middle class fee is fine.

campus life is the best

My college do have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. Talking about classrooms, each and every classroom is well equipped with ACs, proper lighting, wooden desks and chair along with smart boards. Washrooms have well-functioning hand washers, Laboratories have all the required glass tools, chemicals, devices, instruments, guiding manual and everything. Sport centers have a wide spacious ground, both indoor and outdoor, additionally with swimming pools and skating area.

Currently. I am studying BBA-MBA and I chose this college because in India, everywhere else, the course is of 5 years, but in LPU it is only for 4 years without compromising any subject matter or learnings. The quality of teacher is absolutely amazing, putting more emphasis on independency of students and self-learning as well. Yes, the curriculum is well updated, and it keeps on changing with changing scenarios around the world, and it does include all the recent developments in the field.

The quality of placements is fairly good, depending more upon the caliber and quality of students. But LPU does ensure to bring the finest companies on board for placements and make sure that each and every student does get placed, and for that the students have to enroll into the placement program, where they are taught, guided and prepared for interviews/ placements. Nearly, all the students get placed the highest salary package is mostly offered to the engineering and management students.

My course cost me 1.2 lakh for a year, after 50% scholarship, excluding my residential and mess fees. Yes, I do think that I am getting money's worth with the kind of experiences that I have gained all through, the exposure and a various things that have upgraded my personality as a student and a person as well.greatly

My college campus has everything that any student can desire of, be it a multifunctional mall, gaming zone, parks, sitting areas, gardens, robot area, art gallery, plant station, everything. The students, teachers, staff support is great, since there is a huge diversity and everyone respects each other and celebrates all the happenings together. It is located in the outskirts which make it out of the busy hustle and bustle of the world, talking about the safety, all the guards are well-trained.

Campus is well- structured with proper aur conditioner classes. Wifi access in each area Around the campus. Living space is clean and food hygienic level is average. Hostel have all the facilities that needed.

As a student if English honours i would say some teachers have good teaching experience and proper knowledge but very few teachers need to work on there teaching quality. Curriculum is well updated. But i terms of job ready they need to include some sift skill course.

Placements in English honours in not good. But in other field like b.tech and bba placement is average as they provide very limited companies and every less chances of having fraud companies. But the placement process is easy and well supported.

My course fee is 50000 excluding scholarship. I think this money is worth getting. As they update there courses every semester with good teaching skills.

Campus life is very happening. Having all the facilities 24/7 available inside the campus. Campus is safe with proper security.

In our college they provide many facilities like smart boards ,wifi, mac lab, free computer to study in library. Living space is good the provide hygienic food in hostels. It very peaceful and beautiful campus.

It is ver good about studies. Our teacher all was take care about us.Every student has mentor to solve their problems. They teach in good manner they clear all our doubts and they help us to gain technical skills.

Yes quality placements are providing in college . 90 percent of students are placed . The highest package is 3 cr . Average Salary is 9 la per year . So it is good. Best company are coming to college.

Yes . It is value for money with best features they providing their best.

Campus life is very good . The conduct many programs in university to participate.
