The cutoff of JEE Mains 2020 cannot be predicted perfectly, but the factors that will affect the cutoff are:

• Difficulty level of the JEE Main 2020 exam.

• Total number of seats available in respective courses.

• Total number of candidates appeared for the exam.

• Previous year’s cutoff trends.

• Category of Student

For the Computer Science Branch, the previous years closing ranks for general category are given below:

• JEE Mains 2019 -

4483 for Home State Candidate and 4566 for Other State Candidate.

• JEE Mains 2018-

1617 for Home State Candidate and 4373 for Other State Candidate.

• JEE Mains 2017-

1372 for Home State Candidate and 4539 for Other State Candidate.

• JEE Mains 2016-

3476 for Home State Candidate and 4731 for Other State Candidate.

Its difficult to tell the minimum marks but i could tell you last year cutoff rank so that you can get an idea on how much you need to score to get into nit.Here is the branch wise cut off for ST Category gender neutral(opening and closing rank) as well as ST Category gender female

• Chemical Engineering(Gender neutral):711-1230 (female)-1156
• Civil engineering:304
• CSE: 243-389
• EEE(Gender Neutral): 141-291 (Female): 1288
• ECE(Gender-neutral): 423-602 (Female):409
• Mechanical engineering(Gender Neutral):312-397 (Female):1470
• Matellurgical and materials engineering (Gender neutral):1678-2021

So, considering this cut off rank of 2019 year you need to score above 140 marks to get a good rank.

Admission in MNIT Jaipur for B.Tech and B.Arch is done through the JEE mains score but the problem is that you can apply for JEE mains but will not be eligible for admission in MNIT because diploma holders can only get admission in IITs.So, you can appear in jee mains and if you can crack mains then you can appear in jee advance.

If you want to take admission in MNIT Jaipur in 2 year than your percentage should be more than 80 in your Diploma. After that you will get B.tech( Lateral entry) admission.
And also you have completed your diploma without any backlog remaining.

The scholarships are only for students in under graduation category and not for post graduating students.

It's good that you are interested in MNIT Allahabad HBTU.

Both are really good colleges and in order to get them you have to study hard and Score good marks . Being a PWD category candidate a score of near about 120 will provide you this college for sure.

Your targeted rank seems less for electical engineering stream of MNIT ALLAHABAD under general Category and OS QUOTA.If you belong to any reserved category then rank under 10k in General category is enough for EE.For getting electrical stream you need to score rank under 7k..For such rank you need to score marks 180+ out of 300 marks..
