under Manipal university, there is an institute called TAPMI which provides admission in MBA. The admission of candidates in MBA program is based on CAT, MAT or GMAT scores. You have to appear in either of the 2 exams or in both the exams. As per the previous records,

I am sorry to tell you that you will not be eligible for CDS 1 2020. In 2019 For officer's training academy course candidate must be born not earlier than January 1995. So in next year you will not be eligible.

Inorder to secure a seat in LLB:

1. You should have passed your board exam under any board. 

2. You should have a graduate degree in order to apply for LLB. (There is no age limit) 

3. Then you have to register and write the conducted exams.

Yes, you can easily get admission in Jai Hind College in BSC, as their bsc cut offs go down to 65 percent as well, but for now the admissions have been closed.

Chances are there that you will get an admission. Your categorical rank is also high.  For MIT Muzaffarpur the general rank cutoff was :- 5k. You may not get ELectrical engineering, Civil engineering,mechanical engineering. You can apply for the rest of the branches. You will get one for sure.
