All three are among the top colleges in India. Placements are also good for all of the three. I am comparing the three colleges based on following criteria:

1. Campus : VIT > NIT-Allahabad > IIIT-Allahabad.

2. Placement: IIIT ALLAHABAD > NIT- ALLAHABAD >VIT

3. Research : IIIT-Allahabad >VIT>NIT-ALLAHABAD.

The fees at NIT depends on both category and Income. If your income is in between 1-5 Lakh then you will have to pay around 58000 per semester. If your family income exceeds 5 lakh then you will have to pay 98000 per semester. This fees doesn't include Mess

The fees in NIT Allahabad depends on your Family income. If your family has income in between 1 lakh - 5 lakh then you can get remission of the fees.

NIT Allahabad charges around 56000 per semester for those who have income in between 1-5 Lakh. And for students

NIT Allahabad Fees Structure:

Caution Money - 3,000

Tuition Fee (per Semester) - 62,500

Other fees (per Semester) -  19,000

Total -  84,500

Since your family income is in between 1Lakh-5 Lakh, you could get remission of 2/3 fees.
