Sorry to say but NO.
You won't get a seat since your rank is too low to fetch you a seat in a NIT, SPA or any GFTI.
But don't get disheartened and hope for best to happen.

You have to wait for other rounds as these trades neither have scope nor placements so you have to wait or you have to go for any other nit like kuk hamirpur for other trades like cs and it these trades are most trending but if you have interest in

Is there any entrance exam for MSc Physics at nit other than JAM?

dear student,

i don't know much about other NITs but as per my knowledge NIT Trichy conducts its own entrance exam from Msc (Physics, Computer Science and Chemistry). So, if you clear the exam, you can get a set at NIT Trichy.

As you know it is a very competitive examination and your rank is on the lower side so the chances of getting admission in good colleges are low.

My OBC-NCL rank is 31523, can I get admission in NIT calicut with subjects like metallurgy?

It is very difficult for you to get admission in any branch at NITCalicut with this rank. All branches get closed with an OBC NCL rank under around 11000. I think metallurgy is not there in NIT Calicut.

You won't get any college allotted through JoSAA counselling but YES, you may Get NIFTIM, Haryana for FOOD TECHNOLOGY which is one of the best college for Food Technology.

College Infrastructure

We are having good lab facilities,xerox shops, but in hostel canteen facilities are not there. There are canteens in campus,but inside hostel,canteen facility is nill.stationary, xerox facility is there , also study rooms, common room facility is good. But wifi may trouble sometimes ????
