If you are asking about faculty then yes its pretty good.

The faculty of this college is awesome. Their technique of teaching is good. They teach the concepts the way which is very easy for the students to understand. They also even interact with the students to solve their problems and also consult for the future with a goodwill.
All the faculty came on the time they took lecture and then they solved students doubt. They always appreciate to do better in our academics.
They are also very helpful in activities other than purely curriculum. The faculty not only teaches  according to the syllabus but also helps with extra knowledge that will be helpful in future.

To be eligible to get admission in Zakir Hussain College of Engineering and Technology, Aligarh a candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with atleast 50% aggregate in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English from a recognised board or University.

So need to have 50% individually in the above mentioned subjects.

You haven't mentioned your category details and so, predicting exact information is quite difficult. Nevertheless, you may get admission in CET Bhubaneshwar as they usually have cutoffs near 1 lac for general category, and it is even more for other backward categories.
But obviously, the cut-off varies with category and home state.

There are still few parameters considered while alloting a seat.If there are seats available in a civil engineering according to your example and if you have reservation, you will get a seat as you have secured a much better rank than the mentioned cut off rank.There is also other side of this, if there are no seats available and all the reserved seats are also filled under reservation then you may not get seat even if you have better rank than stated cut off.

You definitely can have seat in CET Bhubaneswar,
With OBC reservation but for that you will have to score at least  shined marks or rank in their respective examination as you didn't mention any rank or your marks for respective examination so it will be little bit difficult to predict your chances of having admission but still I am telling you that they allow OBC reservation candidates also only when if they fulfill their eligibility criteria.

If you are from OBC reservation then you definitely can have admission in CET for more precisely I could answer you if you will write rank which you got in its respective exam because you can have admission on the basis of your reservation but it can only be true if you will have a shined rank in its respective entrance examination.
