The college has good infrastructure and facilities. There are still few parameters considered while alloting a seat.If there are seats available in a civil engineering according to your example and if you have reservation, you will get a seat as you have secured a much better rank than the mentioned cut off rank.There is also other side of this, if there are no seats available and all the reserved seats are also filled under reservation then you may not get seat even if you have better rank than stated cut off.

You definitely can have seat in CET Bhubaneswar,
With OBC reservation but for that you will have to score at least  shined marks or rank in their respective examination as you didn't mention any rank or your marks for respective examination so it will be little bit difficult to predict your chances of having admission but still I am telling you that they allow OBC reservation candidates also only when if they fulfill their eligibility criteria.

If you are from OBC reservation then you definitely can have admission in CET for more precisely I could answer you if you will write rank which you got in its respective exam because you can have admission on the basis of your reservation but it can only be true if you will have a shined rank in its respective entrance examination.

Yes you can do the same as i mentioned in the previous answer but for that you have to maintain a good score in the previous exams and the admission will be provided for the empty seats present in the college. The transfer process is therefore different from the admission process. Hope this may help you.

Placements : The placement facilities were pretty good for undergraduates but not great for PGs. But it was getting better at that time. Now, I hope things are different. It's more people who took care of placement than the college. The college has the good reputation among the corporate.

Infrastructure : The infrastructure is pretty good. It has a good campus and great atmosphere. The Wi-Fi facilities not great in 2016, but I don't know about this year. There is a great library which is one of the best things in this college. The sports and game are average because they won't give much importance. The hostel fee may be bit high, but...
