Hello Santanu,
If you take a look at the average packages the colleges provide there isn't much of a difference. However, considering various other factors, Bangalore College of Engineering should be a preferred choice. Sit and see what suits your convenience and choose the best.
Hi dear,
Hope you are doing well!
Now let's go through your question.
Here's the complete review:
Placements:
The college is able to attract some of the best companies across India. A few companies which visit the college to recruit the students are Maruti Suzuki, Intel and Robert Bosch. Various PSUs such as ONGC, Vedanta Pvt. Ltd., etc., also visit the college to conduct placements. Tata Motors, TCS, Accenture, Mahindra and Now Floats are some of the other companies which conduct campus placements. This year, the highest package was bagged by a student of CSE, which was around 22 LPA. One of the students also got placed in INTEL. Around 6 graduates from mechanical and electrical branch were placed in Maruti Suzuki with a handsome salary. Around 85% to 88% students were placed every year. The average package offered was around 4 LPA to 5 LPA. There is a placement cell, which is very effective in inviting some of the best companies to the college.
Infrastructure:
The infrastructure of the college is decent enough. The libraries and the reading rooms are air-conditioned. Wi-Fi facility is also provided. The quality of the classrooms is also good. Canteen facilities are also good. You would find almost everything you want to eat. The hostel rooms are also quite decent. There is a basketball court, badminton court, and football and cricket ground available in the college. A separate building is available for labs. The labs are equipped with the latest equipment. There is no problem with the infrastructure facilities provided in the college.
Faculty:
The faculty present in the college are good. Every faculty is highly qualified. The professors here are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The professors are available for almost all the subjects. The labs present in the college are also modern. The course curriculum is appropriate.
Extra:
Two fests are held annually; one is Perception, and the other is Xtasy. The first one is the technical fest while the later is the cultural fest. The campus is well-connected to airports and railway stations. Medhabruti is the scholarship given to the meritorious students of each branch based on their performance in semester exams.
Definitely, both the branches mentioned by you is good though in the end of the day the productivity of the students matter.
Thank You & All the best!
hello aspirant,
see both of the colleges is good as for placement record and infrastructure. but my preference is for techno india main saltlake as you may get lots of learning opportunities in techno india. many programming competition and research publication., national and international conferences occurs in techno india colleges.
Hey Hareesh, you have a very low chance to get a seat in CS, IT or Mechanical branches in CET, Bhubaneswar. As the CET college closes its admission around 85000 for all branches. And with 92 percentile, i can't say that you doesn't have a chance, but you have a slight chance to get a seat there
Hello dear,
You should have to bring your rank under 8k then you have good chances to get seat in CSE in good and reputed colleges.

Rent 1000. Mess 2500. Book .250. So it is feasible...not expensive...only a sum total of 3500-4000 is expected
The campus is spread across 100 acres of land with multiple departmental blocks and fully equipped labs. There is 24x7 Wi-Fi connectivity in the campus, the hostels are decent and the mess food is hygenic.
The college is equipped with advanced machines and laboratories but the buildings aren't maintained. It looks like old and plaster coming out. The main gate of the college is missing since 3 years now. Sports like cricket, football, basketball, badminton and kho kho are encouraged. Campus is surrounded with high speed WiFi..The academic blocs are clean but the hostels aren't. Food is unhygienic.
The university is improving its infrastructure to a great extent recently. The university has Wi-Fi throughout the campus, the food in the canteen and the respective hostels are also hygienic. Labs are also well equipped.
