THere is no information if it provides major and minor both for 4 year degree course. It may  provide either major or minor. Major means a course from your branch and with highest credit. Minor means a course from other branch with maximum credit point.

As per your rank and as per previous year cutoff, the colleges you will if you are applying through 3A category Karnataka, are:-

Reva University-- B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering,  B.Tech. in Civil Engineering

Computer Science cutoff is higher . So, you will not get CSE branch
