To get admission into SNU , Noida for B.Tech programs you can take admission via 4 routes , i.e, based on SNUSAT , JEE Mains and also SAT. If you have obtained greater than 80-85 percentile in JEE mains , you can get direct admission into the 6 streams of engineering. The basic eligibility criteria for getting B.Tech is an aggregate of 70% in Math , Physics , Chemistry and English with a minimum of 50% in each subject. If you get less than 80 percentile in JEE Mains , you can write the SNUSAT ( Aptitude Test) and APT (Academic Proficiency Test) and if shortlisted can get admission. They also accept valid SAT and ACT scores depending on the cutoffs followed by PI.

Yes,students from another branch are allowed to sit in placement of CS only if companies have requirement of other branches students for some specific area which is not coding realated Like management and marketing etc. Students are allowed to sit for all companies whether it is core or from technical background.

I would choose SRM kattangkulathur over shiv Nadar university because the any greater noida has a better brand name facilities available than snu chennai.

Further SRM main campus and that too core computer science branch has strong placements. Tech giants like Amazon, microsoft, paypal, directi comes to the campus for placements. In addition to that in SRM if you would get a rank under 2.5k in your srmjee then you would get a discount of 1L from tuition fees that is you have to pay 1.5 L instead of 2.5 lakhs. There is also available that you will be able to grab full remission of your tuition fees.

In snu chennai the total fees (tuition) is 9.25 L nothing too less than SRM chennai so ROI factor is also not good there. So, it is SRM for me.

• 1st year: 3,37,500
• 2nd year : 3,37,500
• 3rd year : 3,37,500
• 4th year : 3,37,500

For Shiv Nadar University Noida the average salary package for placements 2020 is 7.5 LPA and for the students of CSE it is 6-7 LPA CTC. SRM Chennai offers around 10 LPA average salary package for CSE students in super dream companies such as microsoft, google, optum, Amazon, honda, VM ware etc. And the average salary package of 6-7 LPA in the dream companies such as capgemini, deloitte, TCS, CTS, Infosys, KPMG, L&T constructon etc.

I would like to tell you to for srm chennai for cse branch . Srm ranked 41 in nirf ranking of india which is very good . It infrastructure changes a lot every year acccording to the requirement . It has the most safest campus in chennai and well equipped labs with the latest tools and highly big seminor halls. Quality of education is very innoative in which apart from course structure fields like DATA science, AI , machine learning are also taken into consideration . The placement goes around 4 lakhs average by most of the students and almost 90percent students got placed. Highest package goes around 32 lakhs
