As an SRM CSE sophomore, I love our sprawling 250 acre campus, modern smart classrooms, a massive library and AC hostels with great mess options. Sports facilities and lab, clubs all of them are just top notch!

I've found the academics pretty solid- early classes start around 8 AM with regular internal exams ( class tests, labs, models ), and mandatory assignments per subject. Faculties are helpful and well qualified , the curriculum is industry - aligned with hands on projects.

The placements are fine, most of us get around 7-9 LPA offers, while the top performers of the batch grab 15-20 + LPA job offers. Last year Chennai campus saw ~5000 offers with average 7.5 LPA, Highest went 52LPA.

I get mixed vibes for value for money, the campus fees and the mess fees run 5-7 lakhs per year, but scholarships help. We do get average package of 7-8 LPA. So if you grind for it, it's all worth it.

Well campus life is vibrant and fun with an outstanding mixture of academics and fun. Mornings begin with 8 am lecture to campus chai runs, afternoons are for tech clubs or Aarush prep. Evenings, you will find us jamming at the TP stairs.

The srm College infrastructure is very clean and awesome. One of the moments I had in this campus. The infrastructure will give positive vibes and great scenerio. The infrastructure is also maintained neatly and clean.

In Chennai one of the top colleges is srm and education is top class in srm colleges. Learnings are great in srm and comprehensive study materials will be provided and faculty are also very knowledgeable in srm.

Placements are very good in srm colleges and top companies like Accenture and other company will come with good package. Training for the placements will be given during the college and you can crack every placements.

Worth for money. In my point of you srm providing good education and placements and infrastructure also very nice. It is worth for the money what we spend for all the years. Return on investment is high in means of placements.

I got too many memories overall period in srm colleges. Positive and negative moments happened. Anyway overall good experience in this srm clg and I have learnt a lot during throught out the period Even though I had some struggles.

Well equipped for students we are willing to attend the engineering basic knowledge and want to share all the basic concepts for proper standard of living. It had great infrastructure for students as well teachers.

As per our college academics we always have right place to get a good character certificate with a hard work result and a better experience for every aspects of subjects. We are pleased to get some experience in our academic advisor group.

A quite good for market jobs as well different project based job we got chance to excel our skill to grab job opportunities in market. They gives better trainings as well knowledge regarding job sectors.

college infrastructure refer to physical and organizational facilities , service , system that support for operation of university and all classroom well managed for study have libraries and good environment

I am studying in B.Tech (C.S.E) for good placement because most popular coruse and demanding course in market and there teacher's are best because he/she teach you properly and curriculum is also good

placement is good also and average salary in next year was 10-12 lakh per annually and college was also supportive and 92 or 95 percent student get placement and highest salary was also good above 60 lakh annullay

college has a food court and they do maintain the hygienic features on top. good maintain on that. labs are clean too. staffs do a job good at this keeping everything clean. it has a overall big library, enough big.

teachers are good they behave nicely, help each and every students with their doubts, my academic life is on a good track right now. overall i'm happy with this feature of the college. tho at first i do faced some problems but a;ll good now

placements are fascinating they contacted me for a job offer from the behalf of them. they follow the students skills and contact each of them who deserve to get one. really a good college for that if you are looking for a good placement

The campus Infrastructure is nice. The Buildings is huge and air conditioned classrooms with projectors and smartboards, library is really cool it contains books of almost all languages. The overall campus is tidy with plants.

Our college offers a variety of courses including Computer science, ECE,AIML,DS. The university also has a strong focus on students placement and opportunities are really well they provide us lot of opportunities.

Placement opportunities are quite good. Google ,Microsoft Dell like product based companies visit the campus and TCS ,TATA all types of companies also visit the campus giving us internships and PPO also.

The fees is quite expensive but the placements are best so it completely worth it also fees is depend on which kind of course you are doing each course has different kind of fee.

Campus life was quite nice we have 2 kind of hostels also The AC lie within the university campus the food was also cool we are also able to visit outside the campus if you are a hostler you can go outside also.

The university life is very well.

The infrastructure is good. It is having a huge campus with lots of activities to do, we have everything inside the campus like food outlets of subway, dominos and others. It is a residential program. So the hostel is near to the academics building.

Academics depends on the teachers you get for your subjects, some teachers are really good but some teachers are not so good as there comes a language barrier which creates some significant difficulties in understanding the subject.

The placements is average. Mostly from the mass recruiters like wipro, infosys, tcs, cognizant, hcl technologies. Nieche companies donot visit the campus. So the average package remains low compared to other colleges.

Yes, it does have all the necessary and good and well-maintained infrastructure. We have ACs in our college, the roads are good & the aesthetics of the college is outstanding. the college is surrounded with trees & greenery.

The academics and the curriculum are updated in our college. The number of tech events happening in and around the college is good. College does promote participating and doing good in academics and does help the week students.

The market is currently down, but the companies coming to the college are very impressive. The packages offered are good and according to the market trends, College does make it easy for their students to sit in placements.

Value for money is something I would say, kind of yes. Not confidently. Cause the fees are too high and it's getting increased year by year. They need to revise the fees or add some more features or something extra too.

Campus life is good, we can see good luxury cars rolling around on the campus - heaven for car spotters, lol. The fests are amazing, you must not miss them. The food courts and the sports arena will keep you hooked up.

Beware of the bad students here cause you'll find drug addicts here. The college values discipline and is very strict about it. They wont tolerate any kind of nuisance inside the campus of the college.

SRMIST,Kattankulathur has an amazing campus with modern infrastructure that caters to the needs of a diverse student body. We have high tech libraries and fully equipped laboratories. The classrooms are well maintained,all classrooms have smart boards and air conditioners and the entire campus has a WiFi. Classrooms are not cleaned so often but they are manageable. Girls hostel has good facilities and the food is hygienic.

I am studying B.Tech. My branch is Computer Science and Engineering with specialization in Internet of Things.I am studying this because have an interest in technology and I like solving tech related problems.The quality of teaching at SRMIST,Kattankulathur is remarkable. The teachers are highly experienced, we as students are able to grasp the information properly through them. Yes,definitely the curriculum is updated on a regular basis. For making a student job-ready, it is important to participate in hackathons and certification courses along with the academics taught here.Subjects like Data structures and Algorithms ,Advanced Programming Practice, Operating Systems make a student job ready.

The quality of placements in our college is good.As of 2022, out of 6179 students, 5469 were placed. For academic year 2022-23, the highest salary package offered was 57 LPA.Average salary was 7.5 LPA. Since I am second year student, I am not aware of how the placement process is.

My course costs 3.5 LPA. Yes, I feel paying this amount is worth it beacuse the quality of education at SRMIST,Kattankulathur is good. The teachers are experienced and the content they provide to us is valuable.

The campus is huge,it has ample spacing between all the buildings.The canteen-Java has good food available for day scholars as well as hostelites. Students can engage in sports, we have a huge cricket ground, a swimming pool,football ground and much more. Students can join tech and non-tech clubs to enhance their skills and promote them in the University Building and Tech park building. My fellow classmates are good, we bind well and we co-operate to complete projects together. Location of the campus is on the outskirts of Chennai,all good restaurants and malls are a minimum of 45 minutes away, but the local train station is right in front of the campus which makes it convienient to travel. Yes, the campus is safe and it can handle emergiences since we have SRM Global and General Hospital inside the campus itself.
