SRM University Chennai Reviews on Infrastructure, Campus, Placement, Facilities & Faculty

The college infrastructure I'll say its average because it's very far from Chennai city which is around 40-45 kms away. The buildings have very less lifts as per the total number of students they have.

Teachers are fantastic here. I am pursuing B Tech in Computer Science Engineering which is the best course if you want to opt in srm because i love computer science and coding so much i opted this course.

Placement records according to website and in real life differs. They show that more than 90-95 percent students got placed but actually it's not the correct data. As of what i heard from my seniors, it's totally different.

not the worth of money that i am paying for the college fees and my hostel fees. The ROI(return of investment) is not very nice as you will take upto five years to recover from that you invested so choose carefully

The campus is amazing and i love the srm crowd.The crowd is humongous and as there are more people you get socialised very easily & that's very important for you. You will find many intresting people here.

The infrastructure of the college is outstanding. The WiFi is very fast in terms of speed and the campus area is very very aesthetic. The hospital inside the campus is very nice and consist of every possible thing that patient needs

The faculties here and their co faculties, all are very friendly and very helpful in nature. They are well qualified and very experienced to take care of the students. The exams and Internal are very easy here.

Placement i would say is very nice, according to the official websites and different sources it's very nice and as much i heard from seniors it's very nice. The average package is around 7 lakhs and highest they don't have any record.

it's definitely worth the money that I'm giving to college for my course that is B Tech in Computer Science Engineering which is around 475000 which is quite similar to other private colleges and justified.

The campus is very pretty and specially the people of srm they're also very pretty. The campus is very aesthetic and i can say it's very beautiful. The fests here are tremendously and you'll like it a lot.

Nothing much

The college is definitely one of the best private college in terms of infrastructure. It is very aesthetic and colourful. The clock tower and Vendhar Square is two of the most beautiful spots in the college.

The academics here in SRM are good. College end semester exams are not that hard to pass and you'll get help from previous year question papers which is very helpful. The teachers are fantastic here and very well qualified

Placement here is not nice because it's very average. The average package is around 4-5 lakhs and median package is 6 lakhs. The website shows different and in real it's different so it's a thing i would like to mention.

Definitely not the worth of money that i paid for the college fees as well as my living cost and hostel fees. I am paying 4.75 lakhs for my course fee per year and 2.5 living cost including flat and my expenses which is too much

The people here are very friendly and good in nature. You'll make very good freinds here which will be totally worth it. The campus is beautiful and specially chennai is beautiful also which makes it better

The infrastructure is pretty nice but can be improved in many sectors. WiFi is slow when there are manh students inside the building. Lifts are crowded and there are very less lifts according to the crowd so that can be improved

For ECE department the subjects are same as other CSE department subject but the core subjects are different and kinda hard to learn because it's more about tech things. The teachers are very friendly here and very experienced

The placement varies according to in which department you are studying in. ECE department is very nice and the placement records of my department is amazing. Average and median package is acceptable and highest package is around 50 lakhs.

The course fees here is justified but hostel fees is too much i would say. It starts from 1.2 lakhs and varies according to the facilities like ac and washrooms. Return of investment in that term i feel is average.

The campus and campus life is amazing. It's very aesthetic and the climate of the city makes it even better. The crowd here is mixed and specially the fest and other events are the things you look for in a college which is very nice

The infrastructure of my college is amazingly good. The buildings are very well developed and the institution has taken care of development in all sectors. The WiFi connection, clean washrooms , clean water purifiers everything is well maintained.

Exams here are very easy to pass but internals are quite hard. It maybe any projects or your CT exams. The teachers are very friendly and helpful in nature. The competition here is very high as there are many students.

Placements here are very average. The average and median package is not good at all that is 6 lakhs per annum and 8 lakhs per annum respectively. The highest package varies every year and big companies hire very less amount of students.

every course have different fees here which is the first thing. I am paying 4.75 lakhs for my course fees and 2.5lakhs for my hostel fees which is too much as per the return I'll get from this college. Infrastructure is nice but placement is the issue

The campus life is amazing here and the people here in college are from different states so that you can learn the culture of that particular state which is very beautiful. The fests here are amazing and extraordinary.

The college infrastructure is pretty nice and the college is well develop.The college consist of many letter boxes from which you can write a letter and submit it for your future placement, dtdc or anything.

You have to focus on your academics here in SRM, you should not cheat in exam or should not use mobile phone special near vending machine outside the classrooms , if you get caught you might face many problems or less internals in that particular subject.

The placements here in SRM is good. One of my senior he got placed in a big company and he's my idol. Many companies visit here for placement like google , Microsite, Cole Palmer and etc which creates opportunity.

It is definitely worth the money that i am paying, My fees is around 4 lakhs 25 thousand and hostel fees is 1 lakh 80 thousand which is approx 6 lakhs per year and in return the facilities I'm getting is worth it.

Campus life inside hostel is good , you'll find many good freinds who will freinzone you for their good. You'll go through heartbreaks , loneliness, mental issues that you have to deal with properly otherwise it can affect you in long term

The infrastructure of my college is very aesthetic and wonderful. The campus is widely spread over a large area and each and every facility is provided by the college for the students. WiFi , lifts and every thing is availaible.

I am pursuing Chemical Engineering here in my college which is my passion and the course is one of the best in this college a part from computer science subject courses. The teachers are friendly and helpful.

Placement here in the college specially in my department is very nice , about with the average package of 8-9lakhs and median package of 6-7 lakhs. About 80 percent of the students got placed last year from my department.

The college is worth the fees we are paying for our courses and hostel. The course and hostel fees varies according to your preference and its totally worth it. As SRM is one of the best private college of India, you also get the tag of srm.

The campus life in college is average for me because of the in timing for girls. Its 7 PM which personally i think is very less and as compared to other private colleges its very less. You will have to face these if you are a girl.

The academics here are well managed and up-to-date according to latest engineering curriculum. The teachers here are very friendly and well behaved with students. The exams are very easy here and very easy to score.

Placement here are excellent and almost each and every student gets placed here until unless they lack the requirement followed by the companies that visit our college. The package varies every year but it's very much sufficient.

The facilities that college provides us and the lifestyle we are living here in the campus is totally worth it. The fees We are paying for mess for the food is good. The food is hygienic and worth the money we are paying.

The infrastructure here inside the college is absolutely nice and very well maintained by the institution. The campus is crazy clean and very green and the crowd and security makes it even better to live in.

The academics here in college depends upon your internal marks that covers 60% of your total marks per subject that is quite easy to score and the end semester exams are very easy and the teachers here are very friendly.

The college is totally worth the money , the srm hotel here is very nice to stay in and the hospitality we get is out of this world. Every facility is provided by the college to us which is very necessary.

The infrastructure and the greenery of the college is outstanding. Srm main campus is well known for its infrastructure. The availability of WiFi, working lifts, escalators, Ac all types of features are available in the college premises.

Exams here are pretty easy to pass and the teachers are polite and well behaved. mostly faculties here are very well qualified and well experienced which makes them even better. They teach good and specially they are VERY friendly.

Placements here are very good and packages offered by the visiting companies are decent. The average package goes around 5-6 lakhs and the Highest package is around 60-70 lakhs that totally depends on the skills you got.

The facilities that college provides us is tremendous and i love the college is so aesthetic and totally worth the money. The hackathon, the opportunity college give to their students in various fields is also very good.

One of the best part of college life is how our campus life is and the campus life here is tremendous and fun. The hostels and campus area is very nice. The fest here are one of the best for South Indian crowd .
