Adaikalamatha Institute of Management, Thanjavur, has installed STD/ISD telephone facilities in hostels. Spacious rooms are provided with an attached bathroom. Uninterrupted power supply for the students. Gym, sport,s and recreational facilities are provided for maintaining the physique.

Adaikalamatha Institute of Management, Thanjavur, provides study rooms after college hours for study. Nutritious food is provided as per the preferred menu of the hostelers, and both veg and non-veg food is provided as per the students' requirements. Hostelers can also avail medical facilities available to them.

The library is mainly centred around the management and business administration curriculum, with volumes of books in different titles on different disciplines of Management, covering the major fields. The library has National and International periodicals and E-journals. The library provides several text guides available for competitive exams like the GRE, Civil Services Exams, TOEFL, and Defence Service Exam. The students can even access the educational audio and video cassettes, CDs, Back volumes, Project reports, and Thesis reports under the 8 hours of service.

The college provides adequate infrastructure as per AICTE norms. The availability of 62 computers with LAN connections and licensed software is of immense use to our students. 

Adaikalamatha Institute of Management provides students with a bit of theoretical knowledge through other experiences as well, and they provide business hall facilities as well, where guest lecturers, conferences, faculty development programs, seminars, placement training, and programmes are organised. This hall is fully air-conditioned to provide a comfortable environment for all attendees. They installed the latest teaching aids like an LCD projector, a slide projector, and an overhead projector.

Adaikalamatha Institute of Management even looks after the students and staff's transportation. Separate buses for girls and boys are plying to two destinations (Old and New Bus Stand) from the institute, and pick-up facilities for the students and staff from all the stops are also accessible.

The college has good networking for the alumni association.

Placement Cell is headed by a full-time Placement and Training Officer with adequate academic and industrial experience. One faculty co-coordinator and two student representatives from the final MBA students assist the Placement and Training Officer. The placement season of the Institute starts right from the beginning of the fourth semester (i.e., from January onwards. The Institute has excellent facilities for conducting Campus Recruitment. A new career guidance service is now being offered to our students through our Excel Club. Under this service, workshops are conducted regularly on career guidance, Resume guidance, and Interview guidance.
