Adina Institute of Science and Technology (AIST) Sagar has a placement cell dedicated to helping students find the right placement opportunities and internships. AIST placement cell provides a range of services, such as career advice, mock interviews, and workshops, to help students gain the right skills and experience. From January each year, companies visit the AIST Sagar campus to conduct pre-placement presentations, encouraging a high volume of student applications. 

 AIST Sagar placement cell also supports final-year students through industrial training programs aimed at boosting their skills and knowledge. AIST Sagar placement cell provides comprehensive support for students, preparing them for successful careers with well-regarded organizations and competitive salary packages. AIST Sagar placement cell organizes various preparatory sessions, including training for group discussions, interviews, and other company assessment rounds. This preparation is integral to ensuring that students are well-equipped to meet the demands of prospective employers. • Interested candidates should register for the placement drive and should submit their documents to the AIST Sagar placement cell.

• The institute and company will schedule a placement drive.

• Before the placement process begins, each employer must deliver a pre-placement presentation, either remotely or physically. 

• Following the pre-placement talk (PPT), students will be able to withdraw their candidature based on their interests.

• In order to get selected the candidates should qualify for the tests and interviews conducted by the recruiter.

• The selected candidates will be receiving the offer letters.
