AIT Pune Facilities
Army Institute of Technology facilities are offered for the convenience of students. AIT Pune facilities are modern and upgraded. Facilities at AIT Pune include a library, boys' hostels, girls' hostels, a gym, wifi, a medical centre and many more. The campus of the Army Institute of Technology has both indoor and outdoor sports facilities. The college has a cafeteria that serves delicious food to the students.

- Boys Hostel
The institute has boys hostels for the accommodation of students. The boys hostel has a mess that serves nutritious food to the students.
- Girls Hostel
AIT Pune has separate hostels for girls students. The rooms of girls hostels are spacious and offer a comfortable stay to the students. All the basic facilities are available for the students.
- Medical/Hospital
Army Institute of Technology has a nurse available 24 hours at the campus. An ambulance is also present at the campus for emergencies. Students are taken to the MI room BEG and MH, Kirkee, in serious condition.
- Gym
To promote fitness and physical activity, the college has a well equipped and modern gym. All the latest equipment is available in the gym for students.
- Library
The library of the college is well stocked with books and journals. The reading room at the library is air conditioned. Digital resources are also available at the library.
- Sports
A multipurpose hall for indoor games such as badminton, table tennis, squash etc. is present within college premises. Furthermore, AIT Pune sports facilities also include one cricket pitch, one ground each for football and cricket, volleyball ground, two basketball hard courts and one tennis hardcourt.
- I.T Infrastructure
All the departments of AIT Pune have modern and upgraded computer labs for students. Computer labs have upgraded software and hardware.
- Cafeteria
The cafeteria at the campus serves north and south Indian, Chinese and continental cuisine at reasonable rates to students, staff and faculty members.
- Alumni Associations
AIT Alumni Association is registered as a Society. Membership to the Association is compulsory.
- Wifi
The campus has wifi for students and faculty members. Wifi connectivity is also available in both girls and boys hostels.
- Laboratories
AIT Pune has laboratories to provide practical experience to the students. The labs have all the equipment required for practicals and experiments for students.
- Convenience Store
To cater the day to day requirements of the students, a shopping complex is present there in the campus.
- Banks/ATMs
A HDFC Bank ATM is present at the campus for the convenience of students.

My college have all the necessary infrastructure, the accedmics block contains all the department (Comp, IT, Entc, Mech). the computer labs are well maintained and have all the required machines. we have a football ground, cricket ground, 2 basketball courts, 3 vollyball grounds, 1 badminton hall, 1 tennis ground, 1 squash court and 1 kabaddi court (with mat)

College Infrastructure
The infrastructure of this college is very good, and they teach on projects. Their Wi-Fi is also good, with an average speed above 70 MB/s. They have a very disciplined library, as you can study from 8 to 10 PM to build your future. Mess food has many varieties and is very hygienic. In sports, it is very good, and some of the students also reached the national level.

College Infrastructure
Hostel are good, Teachers have good experience and knowledge, The quality of education is good, Wi-Fi is over priced and slow, Washrooms in some hostels are small, The campus is clean but small to explore, Coding environment is good, Senior-junior interaction is also decent.

In AIT Pune CSE placements are much better than Mechanical Engineering. CSE attracts stop recuriters in the tech industry and the salary packages are also higher.

Why?
- IT is much closer to CSE than Mechanical.
- You'll study programming, databases, networks, web development, etc.
