BIAD has a growing library with a well-curated collection of books. Students also have access to several online journals and over 5000 educational resources through USGBC educational resources portal.

Computers and digital media are powerful tools for exploring and presenting architectural ideas. BIAD houses a state-of-the-art computer lab with the latest design and graphics software. A heavy-duty scanner and plotter are also available for student use.

The institution workshop includes an indoor and outdoor section. The indoor section is equipped with all the basic infrastructure required for model-making ,wood working and metalworking. The outdoor workshop has a ceramic unit and heavy wood and metalwork equipment. Stone carving, sculpture and serigraph can also be done in the outdoor workshop.

A full-fledged gym with treadmills, rowing machines and several other equipment is located in the university campus. Students can access the gym between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm. The services of professionally trained instructors are available.
