College of Engineering Karunagappally offers admission in the branch of Engineering Studies. The college provides admission in B.Tech and M.Tech courses, available at UG and PG levels. The candidates must obtain a valid score in the Kerala Engineering Architecture & Medical Examination (KEAM), for B.Tech admission and a GATE score is preferred but not mandatory, for M.Tech admissions. The College of Engineering Karunagappally admissions are conducted through Kerala state counselling rounds called “Centralised Admission Process” (CAP).

The college offers admission to the Master of Technology degree programme, which is a PG-level course. Upon completion of the degree, the candidate possesses a mastery in the specialisation chosen and obtains a technical degree, through which one can pursue jobs or go into research.

• The candidate must meet the M.Tech eligibility criteria, to apply for admission. 

• A valid GATE score is preferred but not required. Those who have a GATE score must disclose the same at the time of registering for counselling.  

• The candidate must register online on the DTE Kerala official website.

• They would need to create an email ID and password, through which they can access the registration form and the counselling portal. 

• The candidate must do choice filling for CAP rounds. 

• If he/she is allocated a seat in the College of Engineering Karunagappally, they must download the allotment order/ letter and report for physical verification at the institute.  

• To finalise their seat, candidates must pay the College of Engineering Karunagappally M.Tech course fee.
