Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics and Communication Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, Thiruvananthapuram.
A Candidate for admission to the four-year degree course in Engineering must have passed the Intermediate examination (10+2) of the Board of Intermediate Education with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as subjects or any other examination.
ADMISSION TO B.Tech DEGREE COURSE UNDER NRI QUOTA
1. Candidate should be of Indian Origin settled in Foreign Countries.ORA candidate who were born in foreign countries and whose parents are of Indian Origin.ORChildren of Indian Citizen stay abroad for employment, business.ORChildren of Indian citizens deputed abroad by Public Sector UndertakingORChildren of the Official of the Central / State Government on deputation abroad.2. Candidates seeking admission to B.Tech course under NRI Quota should have passed H.Sc., Examination (10+2 pattern/equivalent)3. Candidates should have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together in the qualifying examination.4. The medium of instruction should be in English.
