Now NEET is the only entrance examination for admission to MBBS colleges across India. Rest all the exams have been scrapped. And even if you want to study MBBS abroad, you need to qualify in NEET.
MHCET is a State Level Entrance Examination and NEET is a National Level Entrance examination and both the out reaches are different. MHCET is the State level Entrance exam for BE.B.Tech, B.Pharmacy and other courses. But if you want to take admission in Engineering College of Trivendrum, the admission is through MHCET or JEE and not through NEET. Because NEET is the entrance examination for admission to Medical, Dental, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India.
Its not the definite, depend on the question pattern and the no of students appeared.Approximately, you scored minimum 75% (50% of entrance test and 25% of 12th exam ) to get not only government college but also very good college in South India.

Hi,
The official website doesn't provide the previous year's question paper. So to get the exact question paper is very difficult. For this I will suggest you to buy some good B.Ed cet book from the market.
The general aptitude and mathematical aptitude questions are of average level. If you practice these questions from any good book, paper will become very easy for you. Similarly if you have applied for English also its question are based upto 10 th grammar usually. So if you had a good grammar skills in school time you just need to revise all that and practice questions.
All the best.
