Academics
I am a BTech EEE student. Our teachers are well experienced and supportive. They guide us for projects and other works and are always ready to clear any doubts that we have. Our syllabus is updated very often. It involves concepts that makes us job ready.
College Infra
The infrastructure of the college is great. The labs and classrooms are well equipped with smmartboards and other needed equipments. We have a main canteen and a separate mess facility available. Our playgrounds are also well maintained and we also have separate courts for football, basketball and other sports.
Campus Life
Our campus life is totally amazing. We enjoy all the celebrations and other activities conducted here.
Placements
Our college gets good placement opportunities every year. Major companies like TCS, Infosys, IBM and many more conduct placement drives in our college yearly. Students of all departments receive placement opportunities.
Value For Money
The college is worth our money considering the education we get and the infrastructure we experience.

Academics
CET offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses like BTech, MTech, MCA and architecture. All faculty are well qualified and technically skilled. All our professors are very cooperative and supportive. I am a B.Tech EEE student.
College Infra
The infrastructure is top notch with well equipped labs and smart classrooms. The college has a main mess and a canteen. The sports facilities include an indoor court, gym and also courts for volleyball, basketball, football etc.
Campus Life
The campus life at CET is amazing. We enjoy our time at the campus, chilling out with our friends and also take short breaks at the canteen. Most of the festivals are celebrated here on a grand scale.
Placements
The placement record of CET has always been good. Major recruiters are TCS, Infosys, IBM, Hyundai, Schneider and so on. The students of all department receive placement opportunities depending on their skill and technical knowledge.
Value For Money
The college is worth our money, considering the education we get, the facilities provided to us and the infrastructure we enjoy.

As the curriculam is developed by the Kerala Technological University, which resides within the camous premised, contains almost all recent updations and possible improvements in technology. The new curriculam also provides opportunities to students ehich makes them job ready.
College Infra
The college has excellent infrastucure, almost all possible amenities for betterment of students. The college have free WiFi connectivity, well maintained library, gazebo donated by alumini. The living spaces are clean and provides a great ambience.
Placements
The average CTC in the college is not less than 3-5 Lakhs for a fresher which is better for a fresher in a highly competitive environment. The campus placements are monitored and governed by the Placement cell, which helps students land in thier dream job.

In MHT CET, the Class 12 syllabus has more weightage than Class 11, so focus more on Class 12 chapters while revising. Check the link given below:

Respected Sir/Madam,
Subject : Regarding the validity of the OBC certificate
In the INI-CET prospectus, it is mentioned that:
"The validity of the non-creamy layer certificate shall be issued from 01st April, 2025 to 31st March, 2026 valid for financial year 2025-2026 and on the basis of financial year 2024-2025 or non-creamy layer certificate shall be issued from 01st April, 2026 to 25th April, 2026 (i.e. closing date of application) valid for financial year 2026-2027 and on the basis of financial year 2025-2026."
At the time of registration (29th March 2026), I applied using my OBC certificate, which was valid from 05th April 2025 to 31st March 2026.
Later, I obtained a new OBC certificate which is valid from 07th May 2026 to 31st March 2027.
I would like to know which certificate should be used during the counselling process. My concern is that the prospectus specifically mentions that the new certificate should be issued between 01st April 2026 and 25th April 2026, whereas my new certificate was issued on 07th May 2026.

Hello Dear Student,
As per the INI-CET prospectus, the OBC-NCL certificate used for reservation benefits must generally be valid for the prescribed financial year and satisfy the date requirements mentioned in the notification.
In your case:

The certificate issued on 05 April 2025 was valid only up to 31 March

The OBC certificate issued in Tamil Nadu does not contain the following line:
"Certificate to be Produced by Other Backward Classes Applying for Admission to Central Educational Institutions (CEIs) Under the Government of India."
Could you please let me know whether this certificate format is acceptable for INI-CET counselling?

If your Tamil Nadu OBC certificate does not contain the specific phrase required for admission to Central Educational Institutions (CEIs), it may not be accepted as proof of OBC-NCL status for INI-CET counselling.
