College of Technology Pantnagar has a separate hostel for boys on the college campus. In the boys’ hostel, there are several facilities for the students. Boys’ hostel facilities include a library, refrigerator, R.O. system, water cooler and cafeteria. Medical facilities are also available for students in the college.

On the campus, there are separate hostels for girls students. In the hostel, there is a common room facility in each hostel for entertainment, indoor games for the hostel students. The girls’ hostel has a small library which has a collection of selected books,  magazines and newspapers etc. A refrigerator, R.O. system, water cooler, and adequate utensils are available in the hostel cafeteria. Each hostel cafeteria is run and managed cooperatively by the students. The hostel and cafeteria regulations/rules must be followed by all students staying in the hostel. Each hostel has one landline phone with inbound service. A motor vehicle is provided to help students with their activities and to take them to medical assistance in the case of an emergency.

The college library is a high-quality knowledge centre for agricultural teaching and research, giving complete access to documents from a variety of fields. The reading and reference departments of the library have a well-maintained infrastructure with seating for 500 people. The library contains a huge collection of documents and subscribes to print publications as well as online journals and e-book series. The college's local area networking has been upgraded to a fast network with Cat-6 UTP cable and gigabit switches in order to nurture a vibrant community.

CCTV has been placed to improve the security of the students' property counter and to provide surveillance. The library has been updated to a smart library, which includes a Kiosk-based self-checking/checking out system, a security gate, book drop services, SMS alerts for overdue books, faster inventory management, and smart cards for quick and efficient loans.

Emergency services are available round the clock and doctors are on call duty and remain present at their residence.
