Well, the infrastructure of ADGITM is far better than any other Pvt IPU colleges and is comparable to BVCOE campus which is beautiful! The campus size is decent and has all the facilities except there is no AC in classrooms which is not good!
Well, IPU colleges are teaching the same old syllabus which is completely outdated and not so valuable in today's market, so you are on your own in getting all the knowledge but the degree is valuable as you get the govt degree which will help you in pursuing your masters in abroad or something!
The placements are not up to the mark and avg package is around 5lac overall and around 6-7lac for CSE/IT which is decent in terms of ROI but is nowhere to the avg salary of software engineers currently in the market. MNCs like Amazon come every year to recruit students. The highest package is 44lac(on campus) and 80-90lac(off campus). Majority of them are mass recruiters and also tier 3 college students don't work hard in their college days(no skill),so they deserve mass recruiters only!?
College infrastructure is average they don't have big area. Although they have basketball court and football ground. All the labs are well equipped. We have big libraries, living space and food are also good
All the teaching staff are phd here, very supportive nature. The professor also sometimes gives the basic ideas of gate examination and how to prepare and what type of questions asked. So overall the faculty is good
To be honest the placement in this college is good here, the highest placement for this year is 32 lpa. This year Google also visited our college but they didn't hired any. Many companies like amazon samsung also visits here
Overall this college is good.
This college has all the necessary infrastructure required for modern Engineering courses. Labs, smart boards, conference halls, etc. Hostels are not available as over 85% students are from Delhi. So PG should be consulted. The nearby locality of the college is not good. So i recommend finding a PG within 1km radius.
Quality of teaching and the friendly nature of all the teachers is something I can be proud of. All teachers explain in a simple and lucid manner. Our curriculum is updated a/c all other universities. Practical implementation of knowledge is something our teacher help us.
The training and placement cell of the college is good and it collaborates well with companies. It provides good interaction of students with the companies. The feedback of Seniors has been good. The Avg salary for CSE is around 5-7 lacs with 40+ LPA being the highest. Again teachers support us very much throughout the journey of 4 years.
The fees of this college excluding the living and eating expenses is 1.15 lacs per year. I think this money is worth it. Since this college is a private one and so this budget is acceptable. The worth of this money is very good.
The best feature of the college campus is the big sized amphitheatre which is the main hub for students to have a good time. Also the conference hall which is a key to host all major events. Support staff and teachers are very friendly. Location is a bit isolated than most of the city. But still within 500m we have a Hospital, supermarket and some food courts.
The infrastructure of the college is good as compared to the other indraprastha universities. Smart Classrooms are present here. Canteen is very good here. all the campus is well mainted and hygienic.
I was studying Btech in Information Technology. Overall my course was good in terms of education here. Yes the syllabus is up to date. Yes the faculty and students here really cooperative and helpful.
I did not opt for college placement as i had to study further . But many big companies like tcs infosys also comes to our college. Now it is upto the student to get dissolved there or not. The basic package that is offered is 3-4 lakhs.
I paid 4lakhs for a 4 year course of Btech in IT
Better than many other IPU colleges. Campus is bigger than most of the colleges, local area is debatable but inside college there is 2grounds for football, cricket and basketball, in basement area there is another sports complex and canteen is also sponsored with bicano.
Academics is good, all the lecturers are very helpful even after the college timings they make you feel free to clear any remaining doubts. Also practical labs are available for any required course purpose to help the students learn practically as well as theoretically.
Placements are similar to any tier 3 college. Many mass recruiting companies visit every year making the average package stand at 3.5-5LPA. other than on campus there are various alumnis placed at product based companies with dream packages so all depends on your preparations.
Overall according to the courses offered and facilities available it is totally value for money
Campus life is excellent
Overall it is a college with well balanced structure
Infrastructure is very nice. College is very huge and there are different buildings for each departments. There is some greenery in our college. Canteen is also good and proper hygiene is also there in our college.
Academics is also good. Teachers are very good, they are supportive. They help us not only with the college stuffs but also with the extra activities. They are always ready to give their best and help us in all issues.
Placements are not that good. Mass recruiting companies come a take good amount of students but don't provide good packages that is approx 4 lpa. But if student has talent then he/she can grab best out of it!
It is not that value for money because college has high fees but in turn they do not provide us with good placements nor does our college offer extra courses required to enhance our skills and knowledge
Campus life was good. They were memorable days, it was adventurous. I learned lot many things during my college. College also has so many societies which altogether make college life more enjoyable and learning.
Infrastructure Is good. The structure of college is well developed and the laboratories are well equipped. The institution is well facilatated and it provides all necessary information. The area and classrooms are spacial and hygienic all around.
The teachers are highly experienced there and they act not merely as lecturers but mentors who guide one at every point and corner of life. I studied under highly qualified structures of humanities and art.
The placement strategy is not quite right as they do guide one but not really put efforts to practically look after their students. Merely a recommendation letter is not provided let alone place students at various stages.
The money I put in was not that much which can't be easily earned as their fee structure is not luxurious. But I also appreciate the fact that 3 to 4 thousand is higly utilised in there. I think its not much to give.
The campus life is remarkable there as the people are humble and qualitative. Also, one will have the best of lifetime in there due to spacial areas and Forestry atmosphere. Overall, its been a roller coaster.
I would say the infrastructure of the college is one of the best amongst the colleges of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. From well maintained grounds to library to clean classes and canteen, the college offers it all. In other words, there isn't a thing missing from the campus that would hinder the growth of a student.
In this particular field, I would rate almost every college 3/5 as college is more about self study than what happens in the class. The college faculty can be rated from top notch to average. The syllabus taught to us was relevant. Though I feel, the electives could have been better.
For branches CSE, IT and ECE, the placement has always been good, especially IT and CSE. More opportunities need to be created for other branches as well. I don't have much idea about other courses like BBA, MBA etc.
I guess, it was around 90k/year and it was worth it. I enjoyed my every day at the campus. The college and it's cultural societies have so much to offer. It helped me enhance my strengths. I don't regret being a part of this college at all.
ADGITM has offered me a lot of amazing memories and I am not saying this under any pressure. I love this institution and everything it has. The societies are one of the finest amongst all the Engineering colleges, nation wide. Being around GTB Nagar is also a major plus point.
If you are planning to join this college, go for it! Also, be a part of the cultural societies.. don't worry about the grades.. I'm no Einstein but I still managed to score 88.5% and was the President of the Music Society. If I can, you definitely can. Just don't miss out on it!
Yes, our college has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipments. Classrooms, laboratories, and library are well-maintained. We do have projector supported rooms and audi as well. I loved it.
I studied Electrical and Electronical Engineering from here and it was my dream course. Quality of teaching is absolutely wonderful. The curriculum is updated and includes recent developments. Definately what we study makes us job-ready.
Placement is okay okay with good placement packages. Major students gets placed every year. Average salary offered was 10 LPA which is quite good. Placement process is easy and college is supportive too.
I took admission through general category and it costed me approx 1 lakh 10 thousand per year. Definitely found it worthy.
Campus Life is amazing with great exposure to each child on different fields like writing, speaking, street plays, sports, dancing, singing etc. Students and teachers everyone has a great engaging and supporting platform. Location is easy locatable and near to metro station. It's safe and can handle emergencies.
Infrastructure is good. Everything well spacious and equipped with the requirements for the curriculum. some of the labs are not well equipped and updated. But overall building structure is good and well maintained.
Faculties good and experienced. But the curriculum lacks the practical implementation needed for the industry. Including recent developments in the specific field would help students more in securing the jobs.
Quality of placements is average at its best. Except for some mass recruiters no major companies could be seen there. My experience with the placement cell was not smooth, could have been a little more supportive.
Yes, in comparison to other institutes it is value for money.
Lot of opportunities for extra curriculars, as lots of groups and societies are there.
Hi Sumit,
Thanks for your query.

Hey Aman,
If you want to take a drop year and prepare for a better college or join any lower tier college this year is and should be entirely your decision and let no one else take this decision for you.
However, how others as well as me (here) can
Hello,
NIEC of IPU is always a great choice over SRM sonepat. IPU being government university charges low fee even if they are private college too as compared to SRM.You will get ample of opportunities of many activities if you study in IPU.As far as placements are concerned IPU got
