Absolutely !
As long as you satisfy the below points, you're absolutely eligible for any government engineering colleges :-

Hello Khushi,
As you have secured 65 percentile in gujcet and you are from general category so l would like to tell you that the top colleges won't be possible because their cut offs are higher.
Various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
So colleges such as MSU Baroda - Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda,LDCE Ahmedabad - LD College of Engineering,DDU Nadiad - Dharmsinh Desai University,School Technology, Pandit Deendayal Energy University, Gandhinagar.

Hello hello ,
As per your above query , i would like to tell you that yes you can take admission in government colleges without jee mains . As many of the government colleges take their own entrance exams and some colleges take admission as merit based without involving the marks of jee mains. But their ranking is not that much good in comparison to the colleges that take admission on the basis of JEE mains marks.
So , if you want to take admission in best government college then work hard and qualify the jee mains.
I hope this will be helpful for you.
All the best :-)
