G. Madegowda Institute of Technology (GMIT) Mandya offers admission in the undergraduate and postgraduate level programmes. At the UG level, G. Madegowda Institute of Technology offers admission in the BE programme in 5 branches and the B.Tech programme and at the PG level, GMIT Mandya offers admission in the M.Tech programme in 2 disciplines. GMIT Mandya admissions can be done online or offline.

Admission in the BE and B.Tech programme at G. Madegowda Institute of Technology, Mandya is made on the basis of performance of the candidates in the KCET or COMEDK UGET while admission in the M.Tech programme is made on the basis of the GATE or Karnataka PGCET exam.  

G. Madegowda Institute of Technology offers the BE programme in a total of 5 disciplines and the B.Tech programme at the UG level and to take admission in this programme, the candidates should have a valid score in the KCET or COMEDK UGET. Admission in these programmes are done as per the Government of Karnataka and AICTE norms.

• Candidates must get their documents verified and must pay the admission fees.

• Candidates must apply for GMIT Mandya through its official website. 

• Candidates must meet the Cutoffs.

• Candidates must appear for the Counselling Process.

• Class 10th Marksheet.

• Class 12th Marksheet.

• Graduation Marksheet (for admission in the M.Tech programme).

• Caste Certificate for the candidates who belong to the reserved category.

• Proof of Income (if applicable).

• Proof or Residence.

• Migration Certificate issued by the head of the Institution last attended.

• Character Certificate issued by the head of the Institution last attended.
