For the year 2020 the placements of GITAM University are very nice. Out of 650 students 450 students get good placements . Top participating companies were Accenture, TCS Digital, TCS, HCL, Deloitte, Bosch, and Microsoft.

Also, around 80% of students got an internship opportunity in top companies like TCS, ECIL, Lauras Lab Analysts etc. The highest package for this year was around 8 LPA while the average and lowest package are around 4.5 LPA and 3.5 LPA respectively.

I think you can make a better choice if I can keep before you the facts. GITAM and KL are Deemed to be Universities. In terms of rating, KL is A++ whereas GITAM is only A+. NAAC rating signifies the standard of education. A better rating is always a good thing.

GITAM and KL compete well in terms of placements, but KL has a 100% placement record from the past 15 years but GITAM doesnt have any mention of such a track record. So, when I talk from point of view of the standard of education and placements, I feel KL has an edge.

Fee for 4 years is 6,40,000

Other fee is 38,000

Your total fee will be approximately 6,78,000 to 7,00,000

Placement are best in this university with 7.9/10 rating. There are about 47+ top MNC's and e-commerce industries recruiting this university.

Highest CTC is 30Lpa

Average CTC is 7Lpa

Faculty and academics are excellent.


Gitam university details:

University rating is 5.8/10

Fee for 4 years is 2.24 lakhs

Placement is low in this university with 4.8/10 rating. There is only one company delsoft visiting for campus placement.

Academic and faculty are also low


Placements are best in Jain than GITAM. I suggest you to choose Jain University
